Similar to the previous movies, After Everything will eventually be available on Netflix in the US, but there's a waiting period. After Ever Happy was released in September 2022 and made its debut on Netflix US on Christmas Day 2022.

The full trailer, unveiled on May 1, expanded on Hardin's journey to Lisbon, hinting at a reunion with Tessa. Additionally, it introduced Natalie (played by Mimi Keene), possibly the same Natalie from the books, Hardin's previous partner.
